As said the "Fôret de Tronçais" is one of the most
beautifull oak forests in Europe.
The forest is famous for its oak trees, in many areas more then 300 years old,
and home to a truly exceptional flora and faune including deer, boar and
mushrooms of every kind. The forest is also favourite with those who, at any
time of the year, can be seen walking, riding or cycling along its paths.
